Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Architecture
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Conceptualize and implement solutions leveraging the latest technology landscape and industry best practices.
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications.
- Drive architectural decisions and contribute to application modernization initiatives.
- Full Stack Application Development
- Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and Spring Data JPA.
- Build and consume RESTful Web Services for seamless system integration.
- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and AJAX.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Database & Integration
- Design, develop, and optimize database solutions using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle Database.
- Create and optimize SQL queries, schemas, and database objects.
- Ensure efficient data flow and system integrations across enterprise applications.
- DevOps & Deployment
- Utilize Git for source code management and version control.
- Work with Maven and Jenkins to support CI/CD pipelines.
- Build, package, and deploy application artifacts such as .war and .ear files.
- Support deployment and maintenance activities across application environments.
- Performance & Production Support
- Conduct application performance testing, monitoring, and tuning.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Support all phases of the software delivery lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Requirements
- Required Technical Skills
- Backend Technologies: Core Java, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Spring Data JPA, RESTful Web Services.
- Frontend Technologies: Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, AJAX (exposure to Vue.js is a plus).
- Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle Database, advanced SQL query development.
- Tools & Platforms: Git, Maven, Jenkins, Nginx, Spring Cloud, Node.js, Redis.
- Application deployment experience creating and deploying enterprise application artifacts.
- Strong understanding of application servers and deployment processes.
- Required Experience
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Framework, RESTful Services, and Angular Development.
- 3+ years of experience designing and developing scalable web applications.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver enterprise-grade solutions across large-scale projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile
A seasoned Senior Full Stack Java Developer with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs, and enterprise application development, capable of driving technical solutions from concept through production while collaborating effectively with business stakeholders and development teams.
Pay
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $53,580 to $122,400. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, market considerations, and internal pay equity.
