Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET Core & Angular)

About the role

The Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET Core & Angular) is responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications using modern Microsoft technologies and Angular frameworks. This role combines hands-on software development with technical leadership responsibilities, including application design, code reviews, performance optimization, and solution implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications using .NET Core/.NET and Angular technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and refine functional and technical requirements.
• Design, implement, and optimize application architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, maintainability, and performance.
• Write clean, modular, reusable, and well-documented code following established coding standards, best practices, and software engineering principles.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure application quality and stability.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions, technology evaluations, and solution recommendations.
• Conduct peer code reviews to ensure code quality, knowledge sharing, and adherence to development standards.
• Work closely with QA teams to define test strategies, develop testable solutions, and ensure comprehensive application testing coverage.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvements.
• Ensure applications comply with security best practices, data protection standards, and organizational governance requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, application workflows, and deployment procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Support deployment activities, production issue resolution, and ongoing application maintenance within an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software development with strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core/.NET application development.
• Strong experience developing modern web applications using Angular (2+) with proficiency in recent Angular versions.
• Proficiency in C#, RESTful APIs, object-oriented programming, and modern software design patterns.
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Experience designing and developing scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with cloud-based application development, preferably within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with source control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices.
• Knowledge of application security principles and secure coding standards.
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications
