Senior Full Stack Engineer (Java / Azure)

Role Overview

We are sourcing Senior Full Stack Engineers for client facing engagement via our Big 4 client in Atlanta. This is a senior-level role sitting at the intersection of engineering and product delivery — you’ll own technical outcomes, not just feature output, and operate as a trusted partner to Product Management and Product Design.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning engineering quality, reliability, performance, and scalability end to end
• Converting product strategy and OKRs into technical plans and delivery execution
• Defining and evolving architecture aligned with enterprise guardrails; evaluating upstream and downstream ecosystem impacts
• Making deliberate tradeoffs across speed, cost, quality, and technical debt
• Leading continuous delivery and operational excellence, including deployment health and rapid recovery
• Ensuring secure-by-design engineering with built-in resilience and observability
• Participating in product discovery and validating feasibility through prototypes and data
• Communicating technical tradeoffs to both business and technology stakeholders
• Setting and enforcing engineering standards across code quality, testing, CI/CD, and security/compliance
• Mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of ownership and accountability

Requirements

• 7+ years of senior full stack engineering experience with strong Java as the core
• API-first design, microservices, and event-driven architecture
• Cloud-native engineering, Azure preferred
• Ci/Cd, DevOps/Sre practices, and security/compliance by default
• PREFERRED: supply chain or logistics domain experience, SAP integration, OTM, FourKites, or Salesforce exposure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Must be local to Atlanta and available onsite 3–4 days per week in Midtown
