Senior Full-Stack Engineer: Build an AI-Powered SaaS Platform at Scale

Build the systems behind an AI-powered platform that helps brands turn partnerships into predictable growth. At Inflektion, you’ll own high-impact features from architecture through deployment, work directly with company leadership, and solve complex problems across distributed systems, infrastructure, AI-assisted development, and frontend product experience. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable full-stack features using an API/frontend architecture, designed for distributed systems and high availability.
• Collaborate closely with the team to plan, architect, and deliver high-impact projects with a strong emphasis on system design, scalability, and reliability.
• Integrate AI into workflows, leveraging it for smarter coding, automation, and monitoring.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code while contributing to continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Own release quality from design through deployment.
• Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and optimize across the stack for speed, stability, fault tolerance, and scalability.

Requirements

• Strong experience designing, building, and operating distributed systems and scalable infrastructure in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in PHP/Laravel, MySQL or PostgreSQL, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript, with production experience using frontend frameworks, preferably Angular, including RxJS, component architecture, and state management.
