What you will do

• Build a real-time compliance engine and AI-powered rewriting platform from the ground up
• Own features end-to-end, moving between React/TypeScript and Python/Go to ship mission-critical software
• Develop the core inline enforcement engine and the rules layer for real-time regulatory compliance
• Build and optimize low-latency backend services and data pipelines using Go and Python
• Create intuitive, high-performance user interfaces and AI-powered features with React and TypeScript

• Proven experience shipping production software at high-growth companies with a rigorous engineering culture
• Deep proficiency across the full stack, with the ability to optimize both UI and low-latency backend services
• Thrives in early-stage environments, taking pragmatic ownership of architecture and product delivery without a PM
