Senior Full Stack Engineer

Key Skill Requirements

• 7+ years Java/JVM backend development
• Experience in Java, Spring boot Microservice based Architecture
• Strong experience with low-latency, high-throughput systems
• JVM tuning (GC, memory, threading), profiling, and load testing
• Experience with rules engines (Drools/DMN or custom DSLs)
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools

Responsibilities

• Implementation of decision pipelines
• Development of arbitration/ranking algorithms
• Design of microservices API
• Optimization of JVM performance
• Integration with ML inference services
• Deterministic rule evaluation
• Production operations management

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science

Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 per year
