Senior Full Stack Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Design and implement architectural patterns, tools, and best practices for building web components, pages, services, and applications Proactively identify pain points and opportunities to improve developer experience and infrastructure Work across the full stack (front-end, back-end, build, CI/CD) Support and mentor fellow engineers on engineering best practices and tool usage Lead the creation of new applications or break down existing applications into more focused experiences Harden the component library to work seamlessly with the design system What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience 5+ years of software engineering experience building production web applications Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript (React) Experience designing architectural patterns, tooling, or best practices, and leading engineering teams in adoption Experience effectively integrating tools and libraries (build systems, component libraries, testing frameworks, monitoring) into frontend codebases and CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with modern backend programming languages such as Go, C++, or Rust Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities What's On Offer Opportunity to shape web app architecture and infrastructure Collaborative problem-solving environment Opportunity to build exciting capabilities in a growing product area Competitive salary and equity grants Apply via Haystack today!
