What you'll do Build features end to end — Laravel and PHP on the server, Vue 3 on the screen Work in a multi-tenant system where every gym has its own database Take a problem from a customer's phone call to something shipped Keep a long-lived codebase working: new code beside legacy, neither one abandoned Own what you ship, including the day it misbehaves What we're looking for Several years writing production PHP and JavaScript Comfortable with SQL — not just an ORM You are not allergic to legacy, because every line you write is tomorrow's legacy. Clear written communication: the team is small and mostly asynchronous Enough care to test the thing before a gym does Nice to have Laravel and Vue 3 specifically Payment integrations, or hardware that has to work at a busy desk Finnish or Swedish, though the work is done in English
