Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build and scale both product-facing features and the systems that support a fast-growing, technology-driven platform. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working across the stack while contributing to the reliability, scalability, and performance of core systems. You will operate at the intersection of product development and platform engineering, owning features end to end while supporting the integration of intelligent, data-driven capabilities into production systems. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment where strong individual contributors help shape both user-facing experiences and the systems behind them.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full stack product features across frontend interfaces and backend services
• Design and develop APIs, services, and systems that support core product functionality
• Contribute to shared infrastructure and internal tooling that improves developer experience and engineering velocity
• Support integration of data-driven and automation features into production systems
• Improve system reliability, performance, and scalability across production environments
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability practices to support high-quality systems
• Support deployment, testing, and release workflows to ensure consistent delivery
• Investigate and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and system failures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-facing functionality
• Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical direction

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience building and operating production-grade applications
• Strong backend fundamentals and experience designing APIs and distributed systems
• Experience working across the stack, including building user-facing features
• Strong debugging and problem-solving ability
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and modern deployment workflows
• Experience building scalable, reliable systems in production environments
• Experience working in early-stage or fast-paced environments
• Comfortable owning ambiguous, high-impact problems from concept through implementation
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

• Experience working on data-driven or automation-focused products
• Exposure to workflows involving document processing or structured data systems
• Background in platform, infrastructure, or reliability-focused engineering
• Experience building internal tools or developer platforms
• Experience working on systems with high availability or performance requirements
