About the role
We're looking for a strong Senior I Full-Stack Engineer with a passion for delivering product solutions to join our Product team and help us scale our platform and deliver cutting-edge capabilities to our customers. This engineer will be an integral part of the team that designs, builds, and innovates our product.
Responsibilities
- Autonomously deliver ongoing business impact across a team, product capability, or technical system.
- Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible.
- Collaborates with the product team to ensure quality throughout the SDLC and product release cycles.
- Work with Product Management to estimate and commit.
- Work with Staff Engineers to ensure architecture aligns with organizational goals.
- Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize the development process and increase efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
Requirements
- 6 yrs+ building customer-facing applications professionally in collaboration with Product Management, UX, and Data
- 6 yrs+ of Rails/Ruby
- 4 yrs+ React, JavaScript/TypeScript, NextJS, CSS, Figma
- 3 yrs+ of Architecting Full Stack Applications
- 2 yrs+ of AWS and/or Kubernetes with Istio
- 6 months+ of SDLC AI native usage via Claude Code, Claude Cowork or similar
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in fast-moving environments with on-call rotations and documented SLAs, SLOs, RPOs, and RTOs.
