Anthuria is bringing AI innovation to skilled nursing facilities, transforming how nurses and operators manage critical healthcare information. We use AI agents to turn overwhelming volumes of clinical notes into clear, actionable insights that immediately improve patient care, reimbursement, and compliance. Founded only a few months ago and backed by a family office with deep healthcare expertise, we are already deployed in 180 facilities across 10+ states with paying customers. We're building with experts from the industry who have joined the team. Our understanding of our users’ operations enables us to create products that become essential to our users' daily workflows in an industry where technological innovation has historically lagged.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build full-stack solutions: Work across our entire technology stack to deliver high-quality features using Python, React, and AWS. Build complex web applications with robust CI/CD pipelines and cloud monitoring systems, and lead projects from concept to scale across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers.
• Craft high-leverage, intuitive products: Design and ship products that feel simple and seamless to use, even when the underlying workflows are complex. Focus on reducing cognitive load, eliminating unnecessary steps, and enabling nurses and operators to complete critical tasks quickly and confidently within the realities of skilled nursing operations.
• Navigate healthcare systems and data requirements: Design and implement solutions that effectively integrate with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA.
• Collaborate across organizational boundaries: Work with internal teams and directly with clients (nurses and operators) to translate domain-specific challenges into technical solutions. Communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Uphold engineering best practices: As an early team member, help set technical standards and build scalable foundations that will support our growth. Establish engineering processes and architectural patterns that balance speed needs with long-term maintainability.

Pay

The annual base salary range for this position is $190,000 - $240,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary based on work experience and skill level. This role is also eligible for an equity package.

Schedule

Anthuria is headquartered in a brand-new office space in New York's Hudson Yards. The team works in-office four days per week, with flexibility to work remotely when needed.
