Senior Full Stack Engineer (Angular 18 / Python Django) - W2 Only

About the role

We are seeking experienced Full Stack Engineers to join a team responsible for a critical enterprise web application that automates testing for other applications across the bank. This is a highly visible opportunity to contribute to a platform that improves software quality and delivery across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise software solutions.
  • Build and enhance Angular 18 web application features and user experiences.
  • Develop and maintain backend services using Python Django.
  • Create and support scalable APIs and application integrations.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, story refinement, estimation, and technical planning.
  • Develop automated testing solutions and improve application reliability.
  • Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
  • Perform proofs of concept (POCs) and technical evaluations of new technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues across the full technology stack.
  • Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices.
  • Support platform growth as the number of applications and tenants continues to expand.

Requirements

  • Angular 18 (Most Important)
  • Strong experience building modern, enterprise-scale web applications using Angular 18.
  • Expertise with Angular components, services, RxJS, state management, and responsive UI development.
  • Experience developing highly performant, maintainable, and scalable front-end applications.
  • Strong understanding of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development best practices.
  • Python Django Development
  • Hands-on experience developing and maintaining backend applications using Python and Django.
  • Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services.
  • Strong understanding of application architecture, object-oriented design, and scalable backend development.
  • GitHub Copilot & Modern Development Practices
  • Experience leveraging GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools within the software development lifecycle.
  • Able to improve developer productivity while maintaining code quality and engineering standards.
  • Familiarity with Git, code reviews, and collaborative development practices.
  • Java development experience in enterprise environments.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Experience building scalable, maintainable software solutions in Agile environments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.24 - $70.24/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
