A growing software consultancy is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help redefine how custom software is built. This team partners with companies in manufacturing, construction, steel, and distribution to deliver production-grade applications using modern stacks and AI-native development workflows.

• 30% AI-Assisted Coding & Review
• 20% Architecture & Technical Decision-Making

• 70% Hands-On Engineering
• 15% Technical Leadership & Review
• 15% Client & Team Collaboration

Requirements

• 3–8 years of professional software engineering experience
• Full-stack development experience (frontend, backend, APIs, databases)
• Experience shipping real production applications
• Comfort using modern AI coding tools (or strong interest in AI-native workflows)
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
• Ability to work independently and own outcomes
• Consulting or agency background
• Experience working with non-technical stakeholders
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Interest in manufacturing, construction, or industrial domains
