Senior Full Stack Engineer, Agentic AI Platform

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer, Agentic AI Platform to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will help shape and scale an enterprise AI platform that supports intelligent, data-driven experiences across the organization. You will lead full-stack engineering efforts spanning cloud infrastructure, application development, and AI/ML integration in a regulated healthcare environment. The position also partners closely with data science and engineering teams to improve platform reliability, compliance, and long-term technical standards.
