Role: Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead (C# .NET & React) Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite/Hybrid) Job Type: W2 Contract Experience: 10+ Years Required Skills 10+ years of software development experience. Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET, ASP.NET Web API, and Microservices. Strong experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS. Experience with RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures. Experience implementing automated testing frameworks and improving code coverage. Strong understanding of observability tools, logging frameworks, monitoring, and application performance management. Experience supporting vulnerability remediation and secure software development practices. Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. Experience leading distributed onsite-offshore teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience within Treasury, Banking, Payments, or Capital Markets domains. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with SonarQube, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar monitoring tools. Knowledge of secure coding practices and enterprise risk controls.
