Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead (C# .NET & React) - Only W2

About the role

This position is for a Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead working onsite/hybrid in Minneapolis, MN on a W2 contract basis. The role requires 10+ years of experience and involves leading distributed onsite-offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts across the full stack using C# .NET and React
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures
• Build and maintain microservices using .NET Core/.NET and ASP.NET Web API
• Develop frontend components with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
• Implement automated testing frameworks and improve code coverage
• Support vulnerability remediation and secure software development practices
• Utilize observability tools, logging frameworks, monitoring, and application performance management
• Work with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
• Lead and coordinate distributed onsite-offshore engineering teams

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET, ASP.NET Web API, and Microservices
• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
• Experience with RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures
• Experience implementing automated testing frameworks and improving code coverage
• Strong understanding of observability tools, logging frameworks, monitoring, and application performance management
• Experience supporting vulnerability remediation and secure software development practices
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
• Experience leading distributed onsite-offshore teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within Treasury, Banking, Payments, or Capital Markets domains
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with SonarQube, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar monitoring tools
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and enterprise risk controls
