Summary

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer at Gainwell, you will be a part of an innovative healthcare technology company with a mission to serve the healthcare needs of our communities. Responsibilities

  • Build advanced UI features using React, including custom CCP extensions and embedded agent tools.
  • Design and optimize SQL data models supporting reporting, analytics, and operational workflows.
  • Develop integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, EventBridge, and Kinesis.
  • Implement data ingestion and transformation patterns for CTRs and agent events.
  • Build secure, scalable APIs and microservices aligned with AWS Well-Architected principles.
  • Participate in architectural design sessions for contact center modernization.
  • Mentor developers and enforce engineering standards.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues across UI, API, AWS services, and data layer.
  • Support production troubleshooting across the full AWS stack.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong React experience (hooks, state management, component architecture).
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect (CTR data, contact flows, CCP customization).
  • Strong SQL and relational database fundamentals.
  • Experience with event-driven architectures and streaming data (Kinesis, EventBridge).
  • Familiarity with IAM, VPC, CloudFormation/SAM, and AWS security best practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.

Preferred AWS Certifications

  • Developer Associate
  • Solutions Architect Associate/Professional

Pay

The pay range for this position is $81,900.00 - $117,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
