Senior Full-Stack Developer (Angular/Node.js)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to support the maintenance and enhancement of enterprise applications in a production environment. This role requires collaboration with business analysts, project managers, architects, technical leads, and development teams to design, develop, and support scalable business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications in production environments.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, architects, technical leads, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Design and develop scalable applications using Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues while providing ongoing production support.
• Create technical specifications, project estimates, and implementation plans.
• Research and implement new technologies to improve application performance, security, and scalability.
• Support coding standards, security best practices, and software development guidelines.
• Work closely with software architects and technical leads to ensure solutions align with long-term enterprise architecture goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience designing, developing, implementing, monitoring, and supporting large-scale enterprise applications in both cloud and on-premises environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Experience developing and supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience using AI-assisted software development, testing, documentation, or code review tools.
