Senior Front End Developer - JavaScript

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver software solutions that align with architecture, operational, and risk processes
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development lifecycle
  • Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
  • Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
  • Ensure high-quality product through the validation and verification testing of functional and non-functional requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams (including Product Owners/Business and other technology teams) and vendors to build and improve products
  • Communicate with clarity, precision, and influence, presenting complex information in a concise format that is audience-appropriate
  • Contribute and participate in discussions with colleagues to add value to the delivery
  • Attend regular Agile ceremonies and team meetings to align and provide input
  • Demonstrate mastery in using AI agentic tools in daily work to deliver working software quickly

Requirements

  • Strong experience with JavaScript, SQL, React, and Angular
  • Extensive knowledge of Angular 2+ with a minimum of 4+ years of experience
  • Hands-on experience with React
  • JSAWS experience and familiarity with products to develop solutions
  • Good experience with databases, both relational and NoSQL
  • Some experience in Technical Analysis and solution design
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and Pragmatic mindset for solving problems

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Nice to have: Experience working on projects involving migration from Angular to React, Experience in In-memory caching (Redis), Jira / Confluence / Bitbucket, Good understanding of CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins or GitLab, Proven experience in test-driven development, including unit, component, integration, and automation testing to support modern DevOps principles, BPMN tool experience, such as IBM BAW, Camunda, Pega, or similar, Design patterns and their application, Experience with UX design tools such as Figma, UI charting libraries (D3, ChartJS, etc.), CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap, etc.), Experience in financial services with an understanding of financial market data
