Senior Front-End Developer (Angular)

Main Activities

Design, develop and maintain modern web applications using Angular and TypeScript.

Develop reusable, scalable and maintainable front-end components, ensuring clean, well-documented and testable code.

Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and back-end services.

Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers and Back-End Developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Optimize application performance (bundle size, lazy loading, change detection) and ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.

Contribute to the definition and adoption of front-end architecture, coding standards and development best practices.

Actively participate in code reviews, promoting quality and consistency across the codebase.

Candidate's Experience and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Front-End Software Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular (recent versions).
• Excellent knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+) and modern front-end development principles.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS and responsive web design.
• Experience integrating and consuming REST APIs, including error handling and authentication flows.
• Solid experience with RxJS and reactive programming patterns.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns and component-based development.
• Experience working within Agile development teams.
• Professional proficiency in English and Italian.
• Nice to have:
• Previous experience in fintech, banking or regulated software environments.
• Knowledge of NgRx or other Angular state management libraries.
• Experience with unit and end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g. Jasmine, Karma, Cypress or Playwright).
• Experience developing cross-platform mobile applications with frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of authentication and security protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT).
• Experience with accessibility (WCAG) and secure front-end development.
• Exposure to cloud-based environments and containerized applications.
• Knowledge of modern UI component libraries and design systems.
