About the role
We are looking for a decisive, collaborative technical leader who brings clarity, drives outcomes, anticipates change, and builds high-performing teams while demonstrating integrity and accountability. In this role, you will lead an FPGA engineering team to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance goals while working alongside top engineers in software, hardware, systems design and program management for military products.

Requirements
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
- Experience in program execution, including bidding, project planning, Earned Value Management (EVM), and risk and opportunity management
- Experience with FPGA/ASIC development
Qualifications
- Strong communicator, able to interface with the spectrum of individual contributors to execute leadership
- Experience with Agile development concepts
- Experience managing large programs
- Experience with certification authorities
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Exceptionally dependable – consistently take extreme ownership to drive predictable results, act with high integrity, and create systems to improve team efficiency

Pay
The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD.
