Senior FP&A Analyst, Systems & Automation

For our client, we are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst, Systems & Automation to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will own the financial systems and automation capabilities that support planning, forecasting, reporting, and data integrity across the finance function. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Accounting, Rev Ops, and finance stakeholders to streamline workflows, improve model accuracy, and enhance decision-making. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys combining FP&A expertise with systems thinking, AI-enabled process improvement, and analytical problem-solving. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Own and improve administration of the planning platform, ensuring data integrity and user support Serve as the internal AI champion to enhance workflow efficiency within finance Identify and automate manual finance processes with AI-assisted solutions Design driver-based financial models and dashboards for forecasting and budgeting Streamline reporting and data consolidation using automation tools such as Python or SQL Collaborate with Accounting and Rev Ops to validate and reconcile financial data Document procedures for new automated workflows and train team members on their use Qualifications 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, financial systems, or a hybrid finance/analytics role Hands-on experience with FP&A planning tools such as Anaplan, Adaptive, Pigment, or similar Practical experience applying AI or automation tools to finance workflows Strong SQL and advanced Excel/Power Query skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field Benefits Professional Development Budget Dedicated Wellness Days and Wellness Week Lifestyle Spending Account Employee Recognition Program Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
