What You'll Get to Do The Senior Analyst, Operations Finance serves as a strategic business partner to the manufacturing operations leadership team. You will provide financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, & decision support that drives profitable growth. You will work closely with Sales, Pricing, Operations, Supply Chain, & Senior Leadership, turning data into actionable insights & influencing key business decisions. Job responsibilities include: Forecasting & Planning Lead monthly forecasts for material costs, conversion costs, & other key operational & financial drivers, including variance analysis & updates to assumptionsSupport annual operating plans, strategic planning, & long-range forecastsBuild financial models to evaluate growth opportunities, risks, & operational changesMonitor performance & communicate risks & opportunities Operations & Supply Chain Analysis Analyze operational, supply chain, inventory, logistics, & procurement performance metrics to identify improvement opportunitiesMonitor trends impacting service levels, inventory productivity, transportation costs, working capital, & overall operational efficiencyEvaluate performance across manufacturing sites, product categories, & customer fulfillment channelsDevelop data-driven insights & recommendations to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, improve on-time delivery, & enhance operational performancePartner with cross-functional teams to support demand planning, sourcing strategies, network optimization, & continuous improvement initiatives Reporting & Decision Support Prepare weekly, monthly, & quarterly reporting packages for leadershipSupport business reviews with clear variance analysis & performance narrativesDevelop presentations & analyses that support strategic, operational, & investment decisionsConduct scenario modeling, profitability analysis, & business case development Data & Business Partnership Develop dashboards, KPIs, & reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, & enterprise systemsImprove reporting automation & data accessibilityPartner with Operations, Supply Chain, & Finance leaders to support performance management & strategic initiativesAct as a trusted advisor by delivering objective, data-driven recommendations Success Measures Forecast accuracy & planning effectivenessTimely, high-quality reporting & executive insightsIdentification of profit or cost improvement opportunities What We Are Looking For Required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field4–7 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business analytics, consulting, or related areasFinancial modeling, analytical skills, & critical thinkingAdvanced Excel proficiencyExperience analyzing large datasets & communicating insights Preferred Proficiency with Power BI & ERP systems, e.g., SAP, Epicor, Surpass, InfiniumExperience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or building products industriesKnowledge of cost accounting, forecasting, pricing analytics, & profitability analysis Position Pay Range : $92,000 USD - $105,000 USD What OBE Offers You Benefits that benefit you – industry competitive benefits at the lowest cost to the employeeWork-life balance – PTO and holidays, including floating holidays you can chooseCompensation that rewards your hard work – A pay-for-performance culture with potential for annual raises and bonusesTraining – We will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed OBE Privacy Policy OBE will not discharge or discriminate against employees or applicants for discussing, disclosing, or inquiring about their own or others' pay.
