About the role
Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a FP&A Sr. Analyst, this member will help drive the business of LVA by giving management visibility on both the top and bottom lines through budgeting, monthly financial reviews, weekly sales analysis, and ad hoc reporting. Scope will focus on Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Freight and cashflow/balance sheet.
Responsibilities
- Budgeting: Partner with departments and retail regions to build forecasts (budget, revision, monthly sales estimates) based on strategy and projected financial implications. Maintain monthly reporting to communicate on budget variances. Meet with key stakeholders to present results and implement action plans.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure the accuracy of LVA Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and protection of assets by partnering with Finance, Accounting, and other key stakeholders. Monitor financial results by performing monthly close analysis including accrual calculations and progress tracking to budget. Forecast and analyze risks & opportunities by implementing processes and benchmarks with stakeholders. Establish close partnerships with departments to improve understanding of financial impact from department business decisions and drive for improvements.
- Retail: Report on weekly and monthly sales trends and KPIs. Assist in collecting and consolidating Sales from all regions for budget/forecast sales alignment.
- Other:
- Report financials and business analysis to Zone Management team and Louis Vuitton Headquarters in Paris.
- Lead monthly closing analysis and control to Budget/trend, and communication of performance to headquarters
- Participation in annual Budget construction / revisions
- Lead on all sales analysis, including monthly/weekly KPI, annual budget/forecast alignment preparation
- Main partner with supply chain and logistic teams on warehouse, repair centers, logistics and freight expenses
- Support of Brazil and Mexico based teams in budgeting, cost savings initiatives, and P&L analysis
- Other ad hoc projects as needed to support the business of LVA
- Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for service level within the team.
- Be proactive, curious, detail oriented. Keep up with fast movements of luxury retail environment.
- Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of behavior and follow the company's policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- 2-3 years of relevant financial experience within a multinational corporation or financial services firm.
- Familiarity with SAP and BI tools (PowerBI, Qlik Sense, Cognos Cubes) is a plus.

- Language: French proficiency is a plus.
Pay
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $85,000- $100,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
