Senior FP&A Analyst
Your Role, Your Impact
- Provide reports and supporting analysis for month and quarter reporting
- Aid in quarterly financial reporting to the Board of Directors
- Prepare month-end variance analysis for Actual vs. Budget/Forecast
- Assist in the preparation and compilation of budget reports
- Develop enhanced automation for standard requested reports
- Aid in reporting implementation of Oracle Cloud
- Carry out all reasonable requests by management that the employee can perform while supplying the highest quality of customer service
- Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested
Qualifications
- Proficiency in all components of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with SAP BPC or Oracle Cloud, Narrative Reporting & Smartview
- Retail industry experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or finance
Pay
The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
