About the role

Foxen advances financial wellness through multi-family real estate. Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, we provide a platform of compliance solutions for multifamily property owners, operators, and residents. We’ve built a profitable, growing business in a challenging market. Customers stay and expand with us. Our product portfolio continues to deepen. And we still have significant room to grow. That kind of momentum requires something specific from the people who work here: high standards, a builder’s mindset, and ambition without ego.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the embedded finance partner to business areas, owning forecasts, performance reviews, and decision-driving analytics.
  • Maintain and evolve operating models and KPI frameworks used to run the business.
  • Turn ambiguous executive requests into structured analysis and decision-ready recommendations.
  • Build investor-ready materials, including board packages and executive presentations, to communicate business performance clearly.
  • Produce and improve recurring reporting across partner statements, sales analytics, and operational metrics to ensure timely, accurate visibility into performance.
  • Translate financial models and forecasts into clear outputs that enable non-finance partners to understand drivers and act on insights.
  • Bring a strong financial lens to key business decisions, applying structured analysis and ROI rigor to investments, pricing, and resource allocation.

Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance or a high-output analytical role.
  • You ask, “why does this matter?” before “how do I build it?” and your output reflects that judgement.
  • You operate with urgency and ownership. When something’s ambiguous, you bring a structured point of view rather than waiting for direction.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and operate complex financial models in Excel to support analysis and decision-making.
  • Experience creating clear, executive-ready presentations using PowerPoint with strong attention to narrative and visual structure.
  • Experience working with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems to extract, validate and reconcile financial data.
  • Proven ability to leverage AI (e.g., agents, automations) to scale output, reduce manual work, and improve analytical efficiency.
