The role You'll serve as the acting technical lead on high-impact healthcare AI deployments, paired with another engineer, architecting and shipping production solutions used by real clinicians at scale. This is a genuine "field CTO" role: you'll work directly with executives at major health systems, translating messy, unstructured clinical and business problems into real technical products, then feeding what you learn back into the core platform so it becomes a scalable capability rather than a one-off fix.
