We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Who We Are: description about New Balance. Could be "About the role"? Actually "Who We Are" is about company. Could be placed under "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have "About the role" heading and include description of role/mission. The "Who We Are" could be part of About the role? Or maybe we can have "About the role" includes the mission and description. The "Who We Are" is company overview; could be placed under "About the role" as well. But we need to preserve all substantive info. So we can include company description under About the role. - JOB MISSION: description of role responsibilities. Could go under Responsibilities? Actually mission is about what they will do. Could be part of Responsibilities. - MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: broken into RESEARCH, EXPLORE, EXECUTE with bullet points. Those are responsibilities/duties. So we can put under Responsibilities. - REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS: list of requirements (experience, skills, etc.) Could be under Requirements and Qualifications and Skills. We need to decide mapping. We have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections with real specific content. We have: - About the role: we have Who We Are + JOB MISSION. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: we have MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES (RESEARCH, EXPLORE, EXECUTE). That's substantive. - Requirements: we have "Minimum 8 years Industrial Design experience..." etc. That's requirements. - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with requirements; but we could separate: Qualifications could be education? Not present. Could skip Qualifications if no specific content. - Skills: we have software knowledge, prototyping, etc. Could be under Skills. - Benefits: we have "Regular Associate Benefits" description: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, online learning, tuition reimbursement, $100 monthly student loan support, mentorship programs, yearly $1,000 lifestyle reimbursement, 4 weeks vacation, 12 holidays, generous parental leave. Also temporary/part-time specifics. That's substantive. - Pay: we have "Lawrence, MA Corp Only Pay Range: $117,400.00 - $152,000.00 - $186,600.00 Annual (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)". That's specific pay range. So include Pay. - Schedule: we have "Role is based in Lawrence, MA in person 3 days a week." Also later: "Flexible Work Schedule ... New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). ... Work from Anywhere (WFA) for four weeks per calendar year." That's schedule info. So include Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Remove duplicated lines. We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must preserve all substantive information. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. We need to use

for each section heading, then content: either

for prose,

  • for lists. We need to decide how to structure each section. About the role: Could combine Who We Are and JOB MISSION into paragraphs. Responsibilities: Use
    • for each bullet under RESEARCH, EXPLORE, EXECUTE. Could group under subheadings? Not required but could keep as list items. Requirements: Could be list of requirements. Skills: Could be list of software/tools. Benefits: Could be list. Pay: Could be paragraph. Schedule: Could be paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual specifics. Now let's extract details precisely.
