The Senior Fleet Support Engineering Lead is responsible for leading the fleet support engineering team in ensuring the reliability and performance of vehicles. This role requires a deep understanding of vehicle development processes and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fleet support engineering team in troubleshooting and resolving vehicle issues.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of vehicle systems and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and technologies.
• Conduct regular assessments of fleet performance and make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in vehicle development or fleet support engineering.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.

• Experience with vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting tools.
