About the role
The Senior Fleet Support Engineering Lead is responsible for leading the fleet support engineering team in ensuring the reliability and performance of vehicles. This role requires a deep understanding of vehicle development processes and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead the fleet support engineering team in troubleshooting and resolving vehicle issues.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of vehicle systems and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and technologies.
- Conduct regular assessments of fleet performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in vehicle development or fleet support engineering.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications

Pay
