As a Senior Fitness Specialist, you’ll deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions, design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App, and motivate clients to achieve their goals. Responsibilities
- Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
- Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App
- Conduct Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
- Manage your schedule efficiently
- Leverage social media to promote your services
- Attend company-sponsored events
- Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
- Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion

Requirements
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Comfortable using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
