Lead software development projects from conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality outcomes and meeting project deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team coding standards and practices.
- Participate in design sprints and facilitate workshops to ideate and implement innovative solutions.
- Perform system testing and debugging to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Document project progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed about project status.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
