Senior Financial Systems Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $150,000 to $215,000 per year. Job Responsibilities Lead finance systems initiatives by overseeing system support, enhancements, implementations, and ongoing optimization efforts. Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements and translate operational needs into effective system solutions. Manage system integrations, reporting capabilities, data governance activities, and workflow configurations to support financial operations. Develop testing strategies, training programs, and change management plans to ensure successful user adoption and process consistency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities, enhancing reporting capabilities, and improving operational efficiency. Requirements A Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field. 8+ years of finance systems experience, including leadership responsibility within large scale technology initiatives. Demonstrate hands on experience with enterprise resource planning systems and financial planning applications. Possess strong knowledge of accounting processes, financial reporting, system configuration, integrations, controls, and testing methodologies. Maintain experience managing complex system implementations, transformations, or optimization projects from planning through deployment. Qualifications Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate business requirements and recommend scalable solutions. Communicate effectively with executives, finance teams, technology professionals, vendors, and operational stakeholders. Demonstrate leadership abilities through team development, cross functional collaboration, and project governance. Maintain strong organizational skills while managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and strategic initiatives. Bring experience with data analytics, business intelligence tools, automation technologies, artificial intelligence applications, or advanced professional certifications considered beneficial.
