Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of new AI algorithms and models
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure reliability and performance
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in AI research and development
Proven track record of successful project management and leadership
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
Experience with deep learning techniques and neural networks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team

Skills

Proficiency in Python and other programming languages
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering
Understanding of ethical considerations in AI development
