Senior Financial Systems Analyst LaSalle Network is partnering with our client to hire a Senior Financial Systems Analyst for a high-impact Direct Hire opportunity in Glenview, Illinois. This Senior Financial Systems Analyst role will support a mission-critical financial systems environment by owning security updates, metadata maintenance and compliance-related updates, while partnering closely with Finance leadership and key stakeholders. The Senior Financial Systems Analyst position is especially exciting for someone who enjoys being a super user and driving system improvements through proof-of-concepts and upgrade testing in a highly matrixed, publicly traded, industrial manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Maintain and update financial systems security, including access and security updates to support governance and compliance needsPerform ongoing metadata maintenance to ensure accurate structures, hierarchies and reporting outputsExecute compliance updates and support controls within the financial systems environmentBuild and support proof-of-concepts for system upgrades and enhancements (e.g., periodic upgrade-related initiatives)Partner with Finance stakeholders across the organization (including Finance Directors and Controllers) to understand needs and improve system usabilityParticipate in patching and update processes, including testing support and validation of changes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related fieldBackground in Accounting (or FP&A/Financial Analyst) with experience as a super user for consolidation and reporting toolsHands-on experience with Hyperion or a comparable financial consolidation/reporting system (examples referenced include OneStream or NetSuite)Experience supporting security, metadata and/or compliance-related updates within a financial systemDemonstrated ability to take initiative in learning systems and contributing to projects, testing or upgrade effortsAbility to work in a matrixed and/or decentralized environment with multiple stakeholder groups Key Details Employment Type: Direct HireCompensation: $90,000 – $100,000Benefits (Direct Hire): Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision InsuranceLocation: Glenview, IllinoisWork Model: On-site Ready to take the next step in your career as a Senior Financial Systems Analyst?
