Senior Financial Services Specialist
Assists with resolving complex billing related issues, insurance appeals, bad debt avoidance and sensitive customer service inquiries.
Job Responsibility
Work assignments involve moderately complex to complex financial services issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- With limited guidance, responsible for moderately complex to complex financial services assignments/projects
- Identifies areas for possible financial services improvements and addresses problems within scope of responsibility
- Regularly makes recommendations on new processes, tools, and services that can impact multiple projects and other functions within financial services
- Normally receives minimal instruction on day-to-day work, general instruction on new assignments. Often determines methods/approach to work/projects and establishes own work priorities and timelines
- May model/mentor and teach team members within financial services
- May have some functional supervision duties and tasks (e.g., project management)
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- 3-5 years’ relevant experience, required.
