Position Summary
The Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting, assists in the preparation of 10-Q and 10-K filings, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP standards and disclosure requirements. This role also supports the Company's audits and interacts with external auditors.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Utilize relevant guidance to ensure all 10-Q and 10-K disclosures are properly included
- Identify new work streams that could trigger new disclosures in the Company’s 10-Q and 10-K filings
- Analyze current disclosure supporting documents to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
- Analyze and document account and financial statement line item fluctuations
- Ensure that the design, documentation, and execution of the financial reporting process narratives and internal and disclosure controls comply with SOX
- Aid with general ad-hoc technical accounting research
- Coordinate with the Company’s external auditors and the various NuScale subject matter experts to ensure quarterly and annual requests are received and addressed promptly
- Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Skills, Qualifications And Abilities
- Education/Certification: A minimum of Bachelor or higher degree in accounting, and an active license or currently in the process of becoming licensed as a Certified Public Accountant.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of full-time accounting and/or finance experience, including at least 3 years within the Big 4, and demonstrated knowledge and experience associated with auditing or consulting publicly traded companies.
- Industry Requirements: Eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810.

Pay And Benefits
The target pay range for this position is $111,105 - $134,093 annually. The full pay range is $99,611 - $155,803 annually.
