About the role

The Sr. FP&A Manager position supports a variety of responsibilities and reports directly to the VP, Finance and Strategy. Key responsibilities include managing the budget and forecast process, preparing performance and variance analysis, supporting strategic planning and capital allocation, and providing financial and market insights to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage the annual budget and regular forecast process, including consolidation.
  • Performance Analysis: Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational reporting; analyze variances between actual, budget, and forecast results; recommend corrective actions to executive leadership.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain strategic planning module in Oracle EPM; support target setting and development of long-term strategic plans; assist with M&A due diligence and post-merger integration activities.
  • Capital Expenditures: Evaluate and prioritize capital expenditure projects; develop and maintain financial models to assess return on investment; monitor capital expenditures and prepare project performance evaluations.
  • Investor Communications: Support preparation of company press releases on important company developments, financial results, and significant events; support preparation of presentation materials for investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor stock performance, market trends, investor sentiment; provide regular summaries to executive leadership; track competitor performance and market activity to inform strategic decision making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, economics, or related field is required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle EPM/Hyperion preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
