Responsibilities
- Work as a team with our existing advisors to deepen existing client relationships.
- Work with our database of unassigned clients.
- Effectively communicate with existing clients using different methods, such as phone, email, text, video meetings.
- Take pre-scheduled meetings via zoom and phone calls daily.
- Establish a professional frame in the beginning of each call.
- Figure out if the root of their challenges can be solved through our programs.
- Meet with pre-scheduled prospects from our marketing efforts.
- Educate each client on our philosophy related to solving their problems.
- Explain how our programs solve their problems.
- Set proper expectations for services we provide.
- Handle objections.
- Schedule follow up meetings with clients who are still interested but haven’t made a decision.
- Send relevant materials to prospects and clients to continue educating them on our services.
- Communicate with prospects between meetings to ensure high show up rates.
- Provide feedback to Director of Financial Planning and Operations.
- Possess a working knowledge of our services.
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Possess comfort with industry technology and software applications.
- Possess a positive attitude and a desire to achieve.
- Possess dedication to serving clients.
Qualifications
- Current Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the industry.
- Experience selling financial plans for a fee.
- Strong understanding of financial planning concepts.
- Proven demonstration of client-facing skills and experiences.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable with industry technology and software applications.
- A positive attitude and a desire to achieve.
- Dedication to serving clients.
