Senior Financial Operations Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create and maintain detailed financial reports and present findings to key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Maintain oversight of budget performance and provide insights into budgetary discrepancies.
• Stay updated with current industry trends and regulations.
• Develop innovative strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Keep abreast of financial technologies and software.
• Support inter-departmental collaboration between Financial Operations (FinOps) and Innovation and Transformation (I&T) stakeholders.
• Spearhead projects in either Financial Analysis or Innovation and Transformation domains, as deemed appropriate by key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with excellent creative problem-solving skills and an aptitude for numbers.
• Familiar with KPIs, OKRs, NPR, and SQL acronyms.
• Adept at using financial systems, with strong attention to detail and precision in interpreting financial data.
• Data-driven, performance-oriented, and skilled in effective communication.
• Able to multitask and prioritize work to meet internal deadlines.

• Financial modeling skills: Develop and maintain financial models for strategic decision-making.
• Analytical skills: Experience with advanced data analytics tools and techniques.
