Senior Financial Management Analyst
for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Only candidates who currently reside within a reasonable commuting distance to job location (50 miles) will be considered." That's a requirement? It's a location requirement; maybe we keep as part of Required Qualifications? It's not a qualification but a condition. Could be included in Required Qualifications as a note. But we should preserve all substantive information. So include that as a sentence in Required Qualifications maybe.
We need sections only when posting has real specific content. So we will have sections: About the role? Actually we have Company Overview and Position Summary. Could combine into "About the role" maybe but we need headings exactly as given: e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The instruction: use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those exact headings when appropriate. We need to map content.
- About the role: could contain Company Overview and Position Summary.
- Responsibilities: Day-to-Day Responsibilities.
- Requirements: Required Qualifications.
- Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications? Or maybe Skills? The list includes Skills as a heading. Could put preferred qualifications under Skills? But we have both Qualifications and Skills. Might treat Required Qualifications as Requirements, Preferred Qualifications as Qualifications, and maybe Skills as a subset? However we have both Required and Preferred; we could put Required under Requirements, Preferred under Qualifications, and maybe Skills under Skills (but we don't have a separate skills list besides those in preferred). Could combine.
But we must not create sections with filler. So we need to ensure each heading has substantive content.
We have Pay: Salary Range given.
Schedule: Hybrid work schedule with several days a week in the office.
Benefits: ANSER provides employees benefits to support all aspects of their life including health, financial and well-being. Also link to benefits page.
Thus we can create sections:
About the role
with company overview and position summary paragraphs.
Responsibilities
with - list of day-to-day responsibilities.
Requirements
with required qualifications list (maybe as - ).
Qualifications
with preferred qualifications list.
Skills
maybe we could extract skills from preferred qualifications? But we already have preferred qualifications list includes skills. Could we omit Skills section? The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. If we already have Qualifications covering preferred qualifications, we might not need separate Skills. But we need to decide if we should include Skills. Since we have both Required and Preferred, we could combine them into Requirements and Qualifications, and skip Skills. That seems okay.
But we must include Pay and Schedule and Benefits sections if content exists.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Pay, Benefits, Schedule.
Check if any content duplicated: Ensure we preserve all substantive info.
Let's extract content.
