What You’ll Be Doing

You will play a central role in shaping how the business plans, forecasts, and makes informed decisions. This is a highly visible role that blends FP&A ownership with hands-on data modeling and Power BI development, partnering closely with finance, manufacturing, and plant leadership to turn complex operational activity into clear, forward-looking financial insight.

This is not a reporting coordination role. You will work directly with the data, build end-to-end models and dashboards, and own the analytics that leadership relies on to understand performance, anticipate outcomes, and guide strategic decisions across a growing, multi-site manufacturing organization.
