  • Conduct root cause analysis to uncover core issues using data, then assist operational stakeholders in improving and creating new productivity measures.
  • Invent and simplify processes to drive efficiency and cost improvement in finance processes related to defect costs.
  • Think big to deliver scalable solutions that better understand end-to-end costs and identify new improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience participating in continuous improvement projects to scale and improve controllership with measurable results.

Benefits

  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Mental Health Support, and Medical Advice Line.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts.
  • Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage.
  • 401(k) matching.
  • Paid time off and parental leave.
  • Sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
