Senior Financial Analyst - Strategic Finance

About the Role

This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for Finance's data and analytics initiatives
• Prepare financial and operational KPIs while identifying improvement opportunities
• Assist in annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for Services / Consulting business
• Construct financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting presentations for executives and board meetings
• Assist with M&A post-acquisition integration of financial data
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis on pressing business issues and opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 2-4 years experience in public accounting (preferably Big 4), or 3-5 years in a financial analyst role
• Fluency in Alteryx and PowerBI required
• Advanced Excel and intermediate PowerPoint skills necessary
• Excellent written and oral communication skills essential
• Ability to adapt in a fluid and fast-paced environment

Pay

$109,000 – $173,000 annually
