Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• 2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling roles
• Experience in financial reporting, planning, and analysis
• Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments required
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and reporting tools (Hyperion or similar)
