Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with extensive experience in Networking CapEx, Supply Chain, and Design. You will drive financial performance by integrating financial expertise with OCI's Networking & Supply Chain Orgs focusing on region infrastructure and customer capacity investments.
About the Role
As a strategic partner to cross-functional teams—including engineering, planning, and procurement—you will enable data-driven decisions in relation to capital allocation, capex (cash flow) & depreciation forecasting, project cost controls, product cost allocation, and unit cost optimization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning process
- Analysis of actuals, metrics, trends and forecasts compared to prior periods, forecasts, and budgets
- Ad hoc financial modeling and identify efficiencies opportunities
- Drive proactive initiatives to improve processes, data and tooling within Finance, Accounting, and Operations
- Leverage the larger Oracle Financial community effectively, gather and analyze information and resolve business issues across the organization
- Financial presentations to the business and preparation of monthly reporting schedules
- Work closely and collaboratively with Finance, Operations, and business team
- Participate in quarter end activities and close process
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree with 5+ years corporate finance experience. MBA/CPA Highly Preferred
- Experience supporting and/or experience relating to IT / Networking required—experience supporting engineering & supply chain preferred
- Proficient with data visualization tools, data governance best practices and relational databases
- Relevant experience with Procure-to-Pay processes and governance
- Excellent analytic skills, attention to detail
- Ability to turn data into Insights
- Passion for increasing efficiency, standardization and automation with the end-to-end process in mind (both upstream and downstream)
- Proven success as a key member of team delivering work products across different functional areas

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
