About the role

The NAC Finance team provides cost controllership, ROI analysis, and financial insights for end-to-end defect reduction processes across the supply chain. This role supports North America teams by translating operational KPIs into financial impact, ensuring stakeholders have reliable data for decision-making. Success requires learning agility, curiosity, and the ability to navigate complex ambiguity while driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Business Finance Support: Build financial models and analyze business problems with limited guidance, using financial knowledge and business acumen.
  • Controllership: Own financial reporting for a business area, supervise or mentor others, and identify/solve complex data integrity issues. Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain high standards and develop scalable, auditable data analysis processes.
  • Communication: Communicate data clearly and concisely (written and verbal), adapting style for diverse audiences. Partner with Site Leaders, manage competing priorities, and provide guidance during unexpected events. Challenge assumptions and align financial/operational analyses to drive improvements.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to resolve finance defects and enhance, automate, or standardize tools/processes across teams.

About the team

This role partners with Senior Leaders in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, Accounting, HR, and Technology. As a financial advocate and business partner, you’ll design, develop, and maintain performance measurements and reporting to improve business economics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field or a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of quantitative experience (e.g., engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance).
  • 3+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
  • Advanced SQL skills for data mining and business intelligence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in continuous improvement projects to scale controllership with measurable results.
  • Proven ability to lead and execute opportunities to improve, automate, or simplify finance/business tools and processes.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Pay

  • USA, NY, New York: $73,600 – $128,800 USD annually
  • USA, TN, Nashville: $60,200 – $105,400 USD annually
  • USA, TX, Irving: $66,900 – $117,100 USD annually
  • USA, VA, Arlington: $66,900 – $117,100 USD annually
  • USA, WA, Bellevue: $82,700 – $117,100 USD annually
