About the role
A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its finance team in a highly visible role supporting executive leadership.
Reporting directly to senior finance leadership, you'll work across multiple business units, providing financial insights that help shape strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze revenue trends, financial performance, and key business metrics across multiple operating locations
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate financial data into meaningful business insights
- Partner with accounting and operational teams to analyze revenue, profitability, and performance drivers
- Support month-end close by assisting with revenue analytics, accrual analysis, and financial reporting
- Perform scenario modeling and profitability analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Help improve financial reporting processes, standardize analytics, and identify opportunities for automation
- Collaborate with finance leadership on special projects, business initiatives, and operational improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
- Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain complex financial models
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- Familiarity with revenue recognition and reimbursement analytics is a plus
- Experience supporting multi-site or multi-entity organizations is preferred
- CPA or MBA is a plus but not required
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with financial systems and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
