Senior Financial Analyst, GTM

For our client, a leader in the Consumer Technology space, we are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst GTM to support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes in a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Act as the Finance Business Partner for global field sales, providing strategic insights
• Review and refine top-line bookings forecast with senior sales leaders
• Lead quarterly alignment processes with revenue operations and FP&A
• Manage headcount planning and productivity metrics for resource optimization
• Partner with Revenue Operations on workforce planning and forecasting models
• Serve as a trusted advisor to shape strategic decisions for sales leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A experience in high-growth SaaS or Tech environments
• Proven experience in complex revenue forecasting and corporate reporting
• Background in supporting GTM organizations as a strategic business partner
• Demonstrated ability to influence leadership; mentorship experience preferred
• Expertise in Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel for analysis
• Preferred advanced SQL or automation skills to enhance insights
• Familiarity with automation and AI modeling for financial processes
• Exceptional communication skills for conveying complex data to executives
• Strong strategic problem-solving with a proactive approach

Pay

$103,000 – $134,000 annually
