Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
  • 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
  • 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
  • 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
  • 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience
  • 3+ years of finance, tax or a related analytical field experience
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
  • MBA, or CPA
  • Knowledge of Tableau
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos)
  • Experience with other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

We are searching for an exceptionally talented, bright, and driven Senior Financial Analyst to own financial planning and analysis for our transportation offerings.

Responsibilities

You work collaboratively across a matrixed organization to define financial plans, measure financial performance, and identify risks and opportunities. The ability to manage the expectations of our leadership team, our stakeholders, customers, as well as members of the larger finance team is paramount. This is a hugely exciting role for a strategic finance professional to own a vital part of the success of our business.
