NewGen Administrative Services partners with skilled nursing facilities to deliver compassionate, person-centered care. We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who doesn’t just build reports—they’ll sit across from facility leaders, walk them through the numbers, and provide the guidance they need to make smarter operational decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted business partner to facility and operations leaders, leading financial review meetings and translating data into clear, actionable advice
  • Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for multi-facility operations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with deep variance analysis—and present findings directly to stakeholders
  • Analyze key operational drivers (census, payer mix, labor costs, reimbursement trends) and coach facility teams on insights that improve performance
  • Partner with the FP&A team to support month-end close, audits, and ad-hoc strategic projects, always with a customer-service mindset

Requirements

  • Must have: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Must have: 5–8+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience, including multi-facility support
  • Must have: Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Must have: Proven ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences and act as a consultative business partner
  • Must have: Sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Nice to have: Healthcare experience (SNF or long-term care strongly preferred)
  • Nice to have: Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding experience
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with healthcare data systems and ERP platforms

Skills

$105,000 – $115,000 per year
