Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will play a key part in shaping financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support business performance across the organization. You will partner with senior leadership to build clear visibility into budgets, forecasts, trends, and key operating drivers. The position also offers the opportunity to improve financial processes, strengthen decision-making, and support a fast-moving environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Craft, build, and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets and forecasting models
• Prepare reporting and analysis to understand key drivers and variances
• Perform cost analysis and investigate fluctuations from forecasts
• Support the design and development of financial models to measure performance
• Assess deviations from key metric targets and provide insights
• Develop materials and metrics for senior management presentations
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance
• Extensive experience building complex financial models and conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Proven ability to present analyses to senior executives
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, NetSuite, and Google Workspace
